Reading the table
Tick size is the minimum price increment in the contract's own units: index points for ES and NQ, dollars per barrel for CL, dollars per ounce for GC, and fractions of a 32nd of a point for treasuries. Tick value is what that increment is worth in dollars for one contract. Point value is what a full 1.00 move is worth, which is the contract multiplier. Tick value = tick size × point value, always.
Why treasury ticks look odd
Treasury futures are quoted in points and 32nds of a point on a $100,000 face value ($200,000 for the 2-year). ZB moves in full 32nds ($31.25), ZN in half 32nds ($15.625), ZF in quarter 32nds ($7.8125), and ZT in eighth 32nds on the larger face ($7.8125). A quote of 110'16 means 110 and 16/32, or 110.50.
Currencies

Crypto
BTC is 5 bitcoin per contract with a $5 tick worth $25. MBT is 0.1 bitcoin with the same $5 tick worth $0.50. Both trade nearly 24 hours on CME with the same daily break as index futures.
